Best excuses not to exercise

Exercise is very important for your body and your spirit, so we hope you never use the following excuses for not doing it…

-«I have no time»: No one has time, in today’s fast-paced world that is what is most needed. What you should do is include physical activity in your routine, like walking instead of driving or going around the block after lunch.

-«I’m tired»: Physical and mental exhaustion from daily activities generates a lot of stress, and one way to get rid of it is by exercising. After exercising you will be more restless.

-“I have a hernia”: There are many activities that you can do when you have these types of injuries, such as swimming, walking, etc. It’s not an apology.

-“That device is damaged”: This is the best excuse for those of us who spend a lot of money on a gym equipment at home, which we have on a coat rack… No! It’s not damaged, and you know it.

– «What if I don’t lose weight?»: You don’t just exercise to lose weight. Your body is a machine that needs to be in motion, not sitting in front of a computer. Remember that losing weight is not the only purpose of exercising.

-«I start tomorrow»: The key to exercising is to start today, not tomorrow or next month, much less next year. If you keep putting it off, you’re never going to start.

-“I miss such stuff»: You are one of the perfectionists that until you have the complete equipment and the right clothes, you don’t start, and since you never have the weights you want, the steps that you liked, the sneakers that you saw on television, etc., you simply stay in the planning phase.
