Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • a tablespoon of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1. Cook

The first thing you should do is place aluminum foil on a plate to cover it. Heat the milk together with the butter and sugar in a saucepan, mixing to dilute them. Once this kind of caramel begins to boil, add a pinch of salt, stir and cook over low heat for about 5 more minutes, mixing continuously. Lower the pot from the stove and add the oatmeal to this caramel. Mix to integrate all the oats and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

Step 2. Cool

Take small parts of this mixture and form balls; flatten later to make the shape of a normal cookie. Repeat this action until you finish with all the mixture and put the cookies on the plate with the aluminum foil. Take them to the fridge for about 10 or 15 minutes and when you take them out, the cookies will be hard and ready to eat with the whole family. Serve them and share them. Bon Appetite.
