Only a week ago, Carin León announced the publication of her concept album Cura Local (Live) as a «taste» that one wanted to give at Christmas. Today (December 22), three of her videos are trending on YouTube, including «Give me a kiss and say goodbye» with Conjunto Yndio, which is number 1.
Released on December 15 under her label, CL Music, Cura Local (Live) includes 33 editions of songs that Carin León thrived on, such as «Línea telefónica», also by Yndio; “The moment I touch my skin” by Roy Rosas and “Luna Triste” by Los Apsons.
2020: How it hurts to be confused
In 2020, Carin continued her trajectory quite successfully. In March, she released the single La Miedosa and later collaborated with Espinosa Paz on De qué manera Duele Conconfirse. The song was a success in each and every one of the interfaces, since after its publication it reached 4 million views on YouTube.
A month later, in May 2020, Carin released the album Encerrados Pero Enfiestados (Live), Vol. 1, apart from the easy No Pasa de Moda and La Habitual. That month, the artist also collaborated with 15 other artists (including Caliber 50) on the song El día de hoy Mucho más Que Jamás de Alfredo Olivas, the proceeds of which were donated to organizations that supported the music industry throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. In April, Carin was nominated for the first time at the Latin Awards.
