Ingredients

1 piece of ginger or 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder

1 piece of turmeric or 1/2 teaspoon powder

Juice of 2 large oranges

Cinnamon

Frozen banana (Optional)

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a blender and take it to high power for a few seconds.

Check that the texture is correct. You can add more orange juice to give it less consistency or, alternatively, if you want something thicker you can use frozen banana to make the smoothie thicker.
