To avoid injuries, at least in the first 5 classes, you must be advised by an instructor or have a completely personal class in order to avoid damage to your body. and also can make the appropriate execution to each movement. You should always have an open mind and body so that all new things can enter, that is one of the many yoga philosophies.

In reference to the way of dressing, you should try to have very comfortable clothes made of soft and fine fabrics, because the body will be subjected to certain pressure and it is better to be prepared. The use of accessories such as necklaces or rings while practicing yoga is not recommended.

If you have any medical condition, no matter how small, it must be notified to the instructor, so that person understands what their limitations may be and thus knows what they can do.
