Crab cake<\/h2>\n
Ingredients: (4 people)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
600 gr. of crab meat (equivalent to about 10 whole crabs)\n<\/p>\n
A pair of crab tongs to decorate\n<\/p>\n
100 gr. of butter\n<\/p>\n
1 onion in small cubes\n<\/p>\n
1 sliced \u200b\u200bgarlic\n<\/p>\n
Color chili, pepper, cumin and salt to taste\n<\/p>\n
10 crushed soda crackers (with your hands)\n<\/p>\n
1 glass of milk (you may need a little more)\n<\/p>\n
250 gr. of chanco or butter cheese.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Preparation:<\/h2>\n
In a pot, fry gently with a little butter, garlic and onion, as soon as they become translucent add colored chili, cumin and black pepper.\n<\/p>\n
Add the already cooked crab meat, and mix.\n<\/p>\n
Crush ground soda crackers with your hands and add, and incorporate milk, until a silky texture is achieved.\n<\/p>\n
We finish with a little chanco, or buttery cheese. Place in a clay container and gratin in the oven.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
