Baked meatballs (8 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of low-fat ground beef (El Carnicero)

Preparation:

  • 1½ tablespoons oregano
  • freshly ground pepper

  • Salt
  • Green beans, corn, peas and tomato (if you like)

Preparation

  • Cut the meat into small cubes.
  • Then fry them with oil in a pot for a few minutes and add the potatoes and pumpkin cut into cubes, the onion, cut into small pieces, the corn, the green beans and the dressings.
