Baked meatballs (8 servings)
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of low-fat ground beef (El Carnicero)
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 small garlic clove
- ½ onion, chopped

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a container except the cheese.

Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- ½ kg of pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of colored chili or paprika (if you like)
- 1½ tablespoons oregano
- freshly ground pepper
- Cumin
- Salt
- Green beans, corn, peas and tomato (if you like)
Preparation
- Cut the meat into small cubes.
- Then fry them with oil in a pot for a few minutes and add the potatoes and pumpkin cut into cubes, the onion, cut into small pieces, the corn, the green beans and the dressings.
- Add boiling water and a meat broth, until everything is covered. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
