Mario Alberto Castaño Molina, is the real name of the terrorist and drug trafficker who, in the series «Pablo Escobar, the patron of evil», gives life to «El Topo».

In reality, Mario was known and called by its boss as “El Chopo” and it was a Colombian hitman, belonging to the Medellín Cartel. He was considered one of the most faithful members of Pablo Escobar.
