Mario Alberto Castaño Molina, is the real name of the terrorist and drug trafficker who, in the series «Pablo Escobar, the patron of evil», gives life to «El Topo».
In reality, Mario was known and called by its boss as “El Chopo” and it was a Colombian hitman, belonging to the Medellín Cartel. He was considered one of the most faithful members of Pablo Escobar.
Between 1992 and 1993, many attacks have been attributed to him, in which around 200 deaths under his hands.

In the firefight he failed to hit any shot until the gun emptied, while it is said that he was reduced by the elite forces using approximately 48 shots.
