As reported by the newspaper Time, Maria Fernanda Aristizábal is 22 yearswas born in Armenia and studies Social Communication at the Luis Amigó Catholic University.
From the beginning it was outlined as one of the favorites of the contest; in fact, she was also crowned the queen of the National Police.
However, this reign was held amid criticism from some sectors of societywho believe that it is a frivolous and anachronistic contest that objectifies women.
