Enki is the Sumerian deity of waters and magic, author of humans with an insatiable sexual appetite. In Sumerian religion, Enki was considered the primordial god of Eridu in southern Mesopotamia.
3.9 billion years ago our sun star, thanks to its gravitational force, attracted a meddling world into our planetary system. Reddish world of colossal size that we only have the possibility of comparing with the powerful Jupiter, the Sumerians called it Nibiru, «the world of the journey».
A star that formed in another system of the sun infiltrated ours by invitation from our sun. By deviating from its orbit, Nibiru caused an unprecedented cosmic disaster, as it was on a collision course with another colossus, a world called Tiamat, a watery star made up of vast oceans. The latter had 11 satellites, the largest of which was called Kingu (The Moon).
Enlil and his relationship with Ekin
As in many other polytheistic religions, the Sumerian pantheon is made up of a succession of related gods.
Anu, also known as «An», the Great Heavenly Father, is the original supreme deity of the pantheon, lord of all other gods. He loses this status as the Sumerian story unfolds, passing it on to Enlil and later (in the Babylonian tradition) to Marduk.
The Anunnaki and the updated pseudo-history: Zecharia Sitchin
Fast forward to the 19th century, when archaeologists discovered dozens of ancient Babylonian clay tablets. The compilations were so vast that research and translations on them continue to this day.
The Azerbaijani creator Zecharia Sitchin wrote a book that decreed translations of 14 similar concrete tablets with Enki, «World 12», in which he assures that the old Sumerians affirmed that the Anunnaki came from a mythical world called Nibiru.
Compilation of tablets that reaffirm biblical written content
The chronicle of Adapa, the first of the seven wise men of Mesopotamia, recounts a proof of immortality that involves the flood, very similar to the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
The Sumerian tablets record the confusion of languages recorded in the Bible (Genesis 11:1-9). Sumerian history relates that there was a time when each and every human spoke only one language. The language was confused by the god Enki, lord of wisdom. Even the Babylonians have a related story where the gods smash a tower and confuse the language of men.
