A change of habits

It was used for ritual purposes, 4 to 6 people gathered in the sauna and it was used to cleanse the head, body and spirit. Small stones were heated in the fire and placed in the middle of the mud hut. Water was then poured over the rocks to make steam, while the competitors prayed to the builder.
