What is the difference between ham and ham?

4. salami

Curiosity: there are several types of salami. The main ones are: hamburger (with black pepper in grains), Milanese (which has white wine in the composition) and Italian (with milder seasonings)

5. mortadella

How is done: mixture of meat from various animals and sometimes bacon (pork fat). Ordinary mortadella – there are some special, very expensive ones – is made up of about 60% meat and 10% offal (tongue, heart, liver, kidneys, skins and tendons) – the rest is fat

6. salami
