In recent times, and lately, thanks to the health emergency that the planet continues to experience caused by Covid-19, it has been much more frequent to see campaigns focused on psychological health precautions. That is because throughout the period that most of us were incarcerated, the number of mental problems that occurred in the population increased; and it is logical, due to the fact that being separated from our friends, colleagues and even from our family, it is obvious that our feeling of loneliness will increase, coupled with the fact that living with a small number of people every day also does much more confrontations, which increases our scenarios of overwhelm, anxiety and depression.
