What is pompoarism?

It is a muscle strengthening technique of the vagina. Recommended by gynecologists, exercise makes sex more pleasurable and prevents urinary incontinence and bladder fall. This ancient technique, created in India and perfected in Japan and Thailand, gained strength in the West in the 1950s thanks to the American physician Arnold Kegel. According to instructor Maria Marconete Cardoso, “pompoar means ‘sucking the penis’ in Thai” and, in some eastern countries, girls learn the technique from the age of 8 – without penetrating objects, of course! The teacher, however, warns that «the practice is more indicated from the age of 18, when the elasticity of the vaginal muscles begins to decrease». Pompoarism can be a weapon against rapists, as a well-trained woman, in addition to blocking the entrance to the vagina, manages to break a penis. But attention: Pompoarism must be practiced under the guidance of an instructor. Training alone, even with the proper kit, can strain muscles. Oh, and men can also practice pompoarism, exercising their pelvic muscles without the use of devices.

Technique works all the muscles of the female pelvic region

BASIC TRAINING
The first few times, there is no penetration. The beginner is seated, contracting and relaxing the internal muscles of the vagina quickly, as if she was holding pee. With some practice, a woman can increase the strength and duration of her contractions. These exercises can be done daily

INTERMEDIATE TRAINING
To gain strength, exercises are done with weights from 20 to 70 g, inserted at different depths – depending on the size of the vaginal canal. The next step is to improve motor coordination. For this, it is necessary to contract small balls attached by a string at the entrance, in the middle and at the bottom of the vagina.

HEAVY TRAINING
A vibrator 15 cm long and 3 cm wide enters the scene. The routine begins with the tip being contracted at the entrance to the vagina and progresses to the deep contraction with the entire device inserted. In addition to increasing intensity and control of movements, this workout improves sucking and expulsion.
