- Lie on your side with your legs extended and one forearm resting on the floor.
- Place the other arm flexed with the hand behind the head.
- Lower your torso, trying to bring your elbow toward your belly.
- Go back to the starting position.
- Repeat 10 times.
- Switch sides.
- Do 3 sets on each side.
«It’s perfect for when you need to focus on shaping and toning not just your obliques but your entire core,» the celebrity’s trainer explained to the magazine.
