what is windows accessories

Windows accessories are all the tools and programs that come with Windows. They are general application programs, generally basic and are:
* Notepad: simple text editor
* The WordPad: most advanced text editor
* The Paint: drawing
* Windows calculator.
Here are the steps needed to access Windows Accessories
Windows 95, 98, XP, Vista and 7
Press the Start button on the Windows taskbar, go to Programs – Accessories. All the accessory programs of the Windows operating system are listed there.
Windows 8 (no start menu)
In both new Windows, from the main tile screen, click the button with the arrow pointing down (it is located in the lower left part of the screen, as shown in the image below). Clicking there will show all the installed applications by categories, there you will find the Windows Accessories category.
Windows 10
Click on the Windows start menu, click on All apps, and look for Windows Accessories in the alphabetical list.
