MECHANICS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “COMBOS VIBRA” CONTEST ORGANIZED BY VIBRA BOGOTÁ 104.9 FM
ORGANIZER – This contest is organized by VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM, will be valid only for the city of Bogotá, from the thirteenth (13) day of July 2021 and until the thirty-first (31) of July 2021; will be broadcast on the station VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM and online or by any means that the organizer has and will be governed by these bases and conditions.
COMPETITION DESCRIPTION: The promotional contest entitled “VIBRA COMBOS” consists of rewarding at least (2) daily listeners. All listeners of legal age and Colombian citizens of the station will be invited VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM from the city of Bogotá to participate in the contest, sending to VIBRA whatsapp, 3166451729, audios where listeners must send a voice note telling which is their combo of people to listen to vibra, for example: Camila sends the audio and says “My combo to listen to vibra is Migue, Alvin, Eduardo and my heart doesn’t beat, my heart vibrates”, If during the programming of the announcers on duty, between six (6) am and twelve (12) pm, from Sunday to Sunday and during the term of validity of the contest any of the members of the registered combo reports during the following song after listening to the audio, that combo will be the winner of the prize promoted by the announcer during his programming, if none of the combo does not report during the song they lose the prize, and we will continue looking for the winning combo. The prize for each winning combo will consist of any of the types of combos created to share between 4 people as follows: internal combo (these are the ones that listeners will receive at their homes, surprise breakfast style) or external combo (these are to go to a restaurant, bar, or spa in an environment that is not closed). All combos will be accompanied by a biosecurity kit (mask, antibacterial gel and alcohol). The award ceremony will be recorded on video for promotional use.
- PARTICIPANTS: May participate in the contest:
- all listeners of VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM that meet the requirements of this number.
- Applies only to adults residing in Colombian territory.
- To claim the prize, the winner must present the document that identifies him.
- The prize for the contest “VIBRA COMBOS” It consists of combos created to share between 4 people in the following way: internal combo (they are the ones that listeners will receive at their homes, surprise breakfast style) or external combo (these are to go to a restaurant, bar, or spa in an environment that is not closed). All combos will be accompanied by a biosecurity kit (mask, antibacterial gel and alcohol).
- The contest does not apply to RADIOPOLIS employees, or relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity.
- By participating, the participants grant the Broadcaster and/or RADIO MERCURIO, SA the right to commercial use of the images for promotion, dissemination, communication by audiovisual and written means, and in any case, they guarantee that they will hold RADIOPOLIS harmless. Regarding any claim by third parties who claim to have any right over the photographic material, image, videos that are uploaded on the indicated page.
- The winner of one of the selections will not be able to participate in the other selections.
- HOW TO COMPETE: To participate, listeners of legal age and Colombian citizens must: a) Listen to the station, from Monday to Sunday. b) a voice chat indicating which is your combo of people to listen to vibes to whatsapp VIBRA 3166451729. c) Comply correctly with the dynamics determined by the broadcasters on duty at the station.
- NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: The winners of the Awards will be notified live on the air, at the time of receiving the telephone call or by email, they will be summoned to receive their prize, on the date, time and place indicated by the broadcaster. If despite reasonable efforts by VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted on the day the selection is made, the Winner will forfeit their prize. If the Winner is not eligible because they do not meet the requirements to be a contestant, the Winner may be disqualified. The Winning person will receive the Prize from her once VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM verify that the Winner sent all the required information, and that they complied with the contest regulations. The award ceremony will be held at Calle 56 # 37 – 34, Barrio Nicolás de Federmán in the city of Bogotá DC VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM on the date indicated by the issuer and may not exceed August 20, 2021.
- VALIDITY: Since on the fifteenth (15) day of July 2021 and until the twentieth (20) of August 2021.
- WAIVER OF PRIZE: VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM will not be responsible if the Winner cannot receive his Prize for different reasons or events of force majeure or if he waives the right to accept it, or if he does not appear in the terms indicated in these regulations or in the notification, losing in all these cases all any rights you may have in connection with your Prize.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By the mere fact of participating, the participants accept the Contest Rules and their participation in the same will imply that they have knowledge, accept and submit to these terms and conditions. All the promotional and publicity pieces of the promotional contest object of the present regulation will include the relevant information for the effect, as well as the dates and places in which the information related to it can be consulted. In the same way, by registering for the contest, the participants accept that their data be included in the databases and/or communities of the station, as well as of the company RADIO MERCURIO SA, of RADIÓPOLIS and of all its related companies.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Participants agree that VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM, RADIOPOLIS, the sponsors, the Contest Entities, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and their directors, shareholders, agents, jury, employees and/or representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or harm of any kind resulting from the acceptance of the Prize and/or participation in the contest or any technical malfunction, online computer systems, computerized date mechanisms, computer equipment, software, and/or any other combination thereof, in connection with, or resulting from, any party in connection with this contest. In addition, the participants agree that the responsibility of VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FMRADIÓPOLIS, in relation to the prize will cease at the time of delivery thereof.
The participants grant RADIO MERCURIO SA, the RADIOPOLIS chain and the radio station VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM a license to use the videos and photographs taken at the award ceremony. Likewise, the participants declare that, by appearing in the photographs of the awards ceremony, and by authorizing the use by VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM they are not violating the rights of third parties.
