Its bulbous petals are transparent and therefore give the shape of drops of water. These orbs have a green base and when the sunlight reflects through them, they look like sets of beautiful translucent jewels.
Also known as “transparent succulent”, it is native to the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. In its natural environment, the Haworthia grows under a tree or bush, does not like direct sunlight. If the plant receives too much sunlight, the transparent tips disappear and turn white.
