A snuffle mat is a great and easy way to keep your dog occupied and challenged a bit. There are many variants and there are no limits to creativity. It is important not to overwhelm the dog at first so that it does not lose interest in the game. If a dog does not yet know this task, it is best to train step by step at the beginning with his favorite treats.
With leftover fabric, a sewing machine and a bit of patience, you can conjure up a great snuffle mat in no time. The workload of this one was about 5 hours. Of course, there are also faster, simpler variants, such as knotting strips of leftover fabric together and then hiding treats in them.
