Being a vegetarian is a decision that people make for various reasons, from certain health conditions that restrict the amount of protein in the diet to ideological issues, such as going against cruelty to animals used for food.
However, little is known of similar decisions in nature, that is, of animals that out of conviction “decide” to stop eating meat. That is why the video of a tiktoker who wanted to «prove» that her dog was a vegetarian by choice went viral.

This demonstration did not go very well and that is why it caused laughter among the users of said social network. In the video, tiktoker arie__m is seen saying that her dog was a vegetarian by choice. She arranged some dog food on a table along with a lettuce salad and clarified that her dog was healthy and that she didn’t force her to eat vegetables.
Later the little animal appeared, was thrown directly onto the dog food despite her owner’s attempts to get her away from her. Finally, the young woman had to stop the video, because she was showing the opposite of what she had announced.

We asked the veterinary doctor Viviana Andrea Reina Giraldo, from Pranavet Veterinary Centeron this thorny topic and she clarified how a dog could have this diet.
