The facade has the peculiarity of changing its appearance thanks to the crystal that can be seen in front and the chiseled concrete – characteristic of the work of González de León-, which are transformed if the observer's position is altered. The lobby receives us with an original concrete tubes, a 50 -meter space that has no columns and supports the 28 floors thanks to a megabrazo that rises diagonally throughout the building and makes it its own structure. Each floor has ample space without columns, a height of 4.50 meters and an unparalleled view of Lomas de Chapultepec.

The last four levels topped with interior courtyards that are staggering on three floors until they reach the rooftop, where the helipad is located and a wide space that is yet to be defined. The structural design was a job together with the international firm Arupwhich created a concrete core capable of resisting events that can happen every 1,200 years. Developed by Danhos fiberthe tower was among the finalists of America in the contest to choose the best high buildings of 2015 organized by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habranat (CTBUH).
