The Fura Emerald: Owned by the Colombian company Coexminas SA, this emerald has been exhibited in its natural state in various parts of the world and according to its owners it will remain that way, since they assure that they have no intention of carving it. Fura, which has approximately 11,000 carats and weighs 2.2 kilograms, is exhibited together with another smaller emerald (2,000 carats) known as Tena; which was also extracted in 1999, in the same mine in the Colombian municipality of Muzo.

The Gachalá emerald: This gem is part of the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington.currently it is also called Emilia emerald, in honor of the woman who discovered it in 1969 in the municipality of Gachalá, department of Cundinamarca. It is one of the most famous Colombian emeralds not only for its beauty and quality, but also for its 7,025 carats, equivalent to almost three pounds.

Esmeralda Carnaiba: this giant emerald discovered by members of the Bahia Mineral Cooperative in May 2017is the second found in the Carnaiba mining region in northern Brazil, after the discovery in 2001 of the famous Bahia emerald. The gem that has 360 kilos and approximately 1.3 meters, it is estimated that due to the quality and size of its crystals, it could reach a value of 238 million dollars.
