The Alhóndiga de Grenaditas today
Due to its historical importance, since 1958 it is the Guanajuato Regional Museum «Alhóndiga de Granaditas» where is a collection of more than 9,200 objects with historical, artistic and cultural valuein addition to a series of Murals allusive to Independence, made in 1955 and 1966 by the Guanajuatense artist José Chávez Morado.
