In recent days, an unusual and shocking video has circulated that has gone viral on social networks (published and disseminated by various feminist groups) which has unleashed a great wave of indignation, concern and repudiation among Internet users, since it exposes a crude case of harassment, exploitation and labor abuse.
In it appears the lord Jose Ferney Millan Pinzona businessman from the city of Bogotá, who by means of deafening shouts, insults and constant attacks, intimidates, threatens and frightens his employees, mainly women, who work in his call center called JM Health and Beauty SAS.
Although the images correspond to events that occurred in the year 2020, it was not until a few days ago that this reprehensible case came to light, which is why thousands of citizens have turned to the networks to demand an immediate explanation and an exemplary sanction by the authorities.

Despite the fact that for several days, national media claim to have tried to establish contact with Millán to contrast the shocking testimonies of employees and former employees, who claimed to have been victims of verbal and even physical abuse, it was not until this Thursday that the businessman decided appear in front of the media to give his version.
He did this through an interview with Camila Zuluaga on ‘Mañanas Blu’ on the Blue Radio station. There the journalist welcomed her to her space, at which point Millán began to give a brief speech in which he admitted his aggression and apologized to his victims.
“Right now what I want is to apologize. Unfortunately I made a mistake. My intention is to apologize to Karen Yesenia Poveda, especially to the girl, Isabela, Mrs. Marlene Porras, my mother, who were there at the time. To apologize to one of my collaborators who was there and who is still with me. I want to apologize not only to you, to them, but to all social networks, to all these groups that do special work for women.
In this regard, the communicator highlighted her right to repent but also highlighted that among the recent testimonies of those who suffered or witnessed her mistreatment, there is not only that of Karen Yesenia Poveda Porras, a woman who in a conversation with El Tiempo claimed to have been his employee and sentimental partner (who he came to attack in the same way) because there is also the story of a woman who currently works in his company and who for fear of reprisals did not want to reveal her identity.

At the time of listening to the recording, the man was reluctant and totally against Zuluaga’s questions, as he assured that he came to give his statements to the media in order to express regret, since he is a person who is under psychological treatment. .
“The video is from about two years ago. I entered a psychological treatment, I am a person who is trying and fighting every day, because not only that episode happened in my life. I had to bury a son, I have been through many difficult things in my life. I know that nothing is justifiable for one to verbally mistreat a person.”
