EVENT DESCRIPTION: VIBRA T&M DRIVE IN, is a totally FREE event, which will take place soon. Once the mandatory isolation restrictions are lifted, we will announce the official date. VIBRA T&M DRIVE IN, is a music festival with the presentation of several live artists, with free admission, with controlled capacity. Tickets are for VIBRA listeners and/or followers, who can win their tickets by replacing sponsors, listening to VIBRA or following social networks, where contests or activities will be held. The event is at the Centro de Eventos Briceño 18, located at km. 19 via Sopó. It has locations for motor vehicles, such as cars, cars or trucks with a maximum capacity of five (5) passengers and with a limited capacity of up to four (4) people maximum per vehicle, according to the regulations of the national and local authorities of 2020.
Duration of the event:
The event opens doors at 06:00 PM and ends at 12:00 PM maximum, according to the scheduled agenda of the event.
- THE ASSISTANTS:
The following will be able to attend the event: All listeners of VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM, who win their tickets by listening to VIBRA or following the station through social networks, where contests or activities will be held.
Only adults may attend the event.
Pregnant women are advised NOT to attend the event. Knowing this recommendation, pregnant women who attend the event, by doing so, exonerate VIBRA BOGOTÁ 104.9 FM and/or PRODUCCIONES WILLVIN SA and/or RADIO MERCURIO SA and/or ENTRETENIMIENTO PARA TODOS SAS from any responsibility for any damage or damage suffered during the event that this document deals with, either in their lives, health or integrity, or in those of the future baby.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By the mere fact of attending, attendees accept the Rules of entry and evacuation of the event and biosafety regulations issued by the national government and the Sopó mayor’s office, as well as behavior within the facilities in which the event will take place. Your attendance at the event will imply that you are aware of, accept and submit to these terms and conditions. In the same way, by attending the event, the attendees accept that their data be included in the databases and/or communities of the station, of the company RADIO MERCURIO SA, of RADIOPOLIS and of all its related companies, as well as the health entities that require it.
All the promotional and publicity pieces of the promotional event object of the present regulation will include the relevant information for the effect, as well as the dates and places in which the information related to it can be consulted.
- USE OF IMAGES:
Those attending the event grant RADIO MERCURIO SA and/or RADIOPOLIS and all its related companies and the VIBRA BOGOTÁ radio station a license to use the videos and photographs taken during the event. Likewise, the attendees declare that by appearing in the photographs or videos related to the event and by authorizing their use by VIBRA BOGOTÁ, they are not violating the rights of third parties.
- PARKING LOT:

The Vibra T&M Drive In, due to its nature, has parking spaces for vehicles that access the event with the sole fact of having the entrance from 6 pm to 12 pm or until the end of the event.
- The vehicle, the driver and his companions (maximum 4 people per vehicle) will not be allowed to enter without the QR code sent in the confirmation email.
- At the entrance, an identification sticker will be placed on the vehicle, which will serve for the route of the same in the authorized facilities of the event, and for the removal of this from the facilities.
- In case of not presenting the identification sticker, the authorization to leave the vehicle will be done through documentation that satisfies the company.
- The driver of the vehicle must leave a record with the operators of the event, of the state in which his vehicle enters.
- The sticker must remain attached in a visible place throughout your stay in the event facilities.
THE PRODUCERS of the event, are not responsible:
- For vehicles whose entrance to the parking lot does not exist proof.
- For pets entered in the vehicle.
- For elements that are not an integral part of the vehicle entered inside it.
- For loss or damage due to fortuitous events or accidents caused by natural phenomena or causes of force majeure beyond the control of the event organizers.
- For claims made after having removed the vehicle from the parking lot.
- By removable or front spokes.
- For traffic accidents that occurred on the access road and/or for damages to third parties caused by users, owners and/or drivers within the parking lot.
- For abandoned vehicles after closing the parking lot.
