MECHANICS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “KIT MORAT” CONTEST ORGANIZED BY VIBRA BOGOTÁ 104.9 FM
ORGANIZER – This contest is organized by VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM, will be valid only for the city of Bogotá, from the twelfth (12) day of May 2022 and until the twenty-sixth (26) of May 2022; will be broadcast on the station VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM and online or by any means that the organizer has and will be governed by these bases and conditions.
COMPETITION DESCRIPTION: The promotional contest entitled “MORAT KIT” It consists of rewarding four (4) listeners who are fans of the Colombian band MORAT. All listeners of legal age and Colombian citizens of the station will be invited VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM of the city of Bogotá to register or update their data through the COMMUNITY VIBRATES, community.. from May 12, 2022 to May 25, 2022 inclusive. Those registered during this period and who are fans of the Colombian band MORAT, they will receive a mailing to the registered mail so that they register in a special database destined for the contest and enter to participate directly for the prize; each participant will have a unique number assigned, with which she will participate in the contest. On May 26, 2022, during the program EL VIBRATORIO on the VIBRA 104.9 station, broadcast from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, the winners will be chosen randomly, taking into account the database indicated above. Listeners will be asked to send a voice note to the station’s WhatsApp (316 6451729) saying a number between one (1) and the total number of registered participants. From the voice messages sent, the program team will randomly choose one of the voice messages until completing four winners. The list of winners will be announced the following day through the station’s social networks. The winner cannot be repeated.
The prize for the promotional contest entitled “MORAT KIT”, it will be a surprise Morat kit for each of the winners. The award ceremony may be recorded on video for promotional use.
- PARTICIPANTS: May participate in the contest:
- all listeners of VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM that meet the requirements of this number.
- Applies only to adults residing in Colombian territory.
- To claim the prize, the winner must present the document that identifies him.
- The prize for the contest “MORAT KIT” consists of one (1) surprise Morat kit for each of the 4 winners.
- The contest does not apply to RADIOPOLIS employees, or relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity.
- By participating, the participants grant the Broadcaster and/or RADIO MERCURIO, SA the right to commercial use of the images for promotion, dissemination, communication by audiovisual and written means, and in any case, they guarantee that they will hold RADIOPOLIS harmless. Regarding any claim by third parties who claim to have any right over the photographic material, image, videos that are uploaded on the indicated page.
- The winner of one of the selections will not be able to participate in the other selections.
- HOW TO COMPETE: To participate, listeners of legal age must: a) Register or update their data through the COMMUNITY VIBRATES, community.. between May 12, 2022 to May 25, 2022 May 2022 inclusive. b) Be aware of the mailing sent to the emails registered or updated during the aforementioned period. c) Register in the database intended for the contest. d) Listen to the station VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM.
- NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: The winners of the Awards will be notified live on the air, at the time of receiving the telephone call, social networks or by email, they will be summoned to receive their prize, on the date, time and place indicated by the broadcaster. If despite reasonable efforts by VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted on the day the selection is made, the Winner will forfeit their prize. If the Winner is not eligible because they do not meet the requirements to be a contestant, the Winner may be disqualified. The Winners will receive their Prize once VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM verify that the Winner sent all the required information, and that they complied with the contest regulations. The award ceremony will be held at Calle 56 # 37 – 34, Barrio Nicolás de Federmán in the city of Bogotá DC VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM on the date indicated by the issuer.
- VALIDITY: Since on the twelfth (12) day of May 2022 and until the twenty-sixth (26) of May 2022
In any case, the prizes will be delivered on the dates indicated by the broadcaster, which may not exceed June 3, 2022.
- WAIVER OF PRIZE: VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM will not be responsible if the Winner cannot receive his Prize for different reasons or events of force majeure or if he waives the right to accept it, or if he does not appear in the terms indicated in these regulations or in the notification, losing in all these cases all any rights you may have in connection with your Prize.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By the mere fact of participating, the participants accept the Contest Rules and their participation in the same will imply that they have knowledge, accept and submit to these terms and conditions. In the same way, by registering for the contest, the participants accept that their data be included in the databases and/or communities of the station, as well as of the company RADIO MERCURIO SA, of RADIÓPOLIS and of all its related companies.
All the promotional and advertising pieces of the promotional contest object of the present regulation will include the relevant information for the effect, as well as the dates and places in which the information related to the same can be consulted.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Participants agree that VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM, RADIOPOLIS, the sponsors, the Contest Entities, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and their directors, shareholders, agents, jury, employees and/or representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or harm of any kind resulting from the acceptance of the Prize and/or participation in the contest or any technical malfunction, online computer systems, computerized date mechanisms, computer equipment, software, and/or any other combination thereof, in connection with, or resulting from, any party in connection with this contest. In addition, the participants agree that the responsibility of VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FMRADIÓPOLIS, in relation to the prize will cease at the time of delivery thereof.
The participants grant RADIO MERCURIO SA, the RADIOPOLIS chain and the radio station VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM a license to use the videos and photographs taken at the award ceremony. Likewise, the participants declare that, by appearing in the photographs of the awards ceremony, and by authorizing the use by VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM they are not violating the rights of third parties.
