MECHANICS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST “VIBRA ´PICNIC COMPENSAR” ORGANIZED BY VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM
ORGANIZER – This contest is organized by the broadcaster VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM, will be valid only for the city of Bogotá and surrounding municipalities, from the thirteenth (13) day of October 2021 and until the twenty-second (22) of October 2021; It will be broadcast on www. and on the Vibra Bogotá 104.9 FM station and on the internet or by any means that the organizer has and will be governed by these bases and conditions.
COMPETITION DESCRIPTION: The promotional contest entitled “VIBRA ´PICNIC OFFSET” consists of awarding at least four (4) people, in four (4) installments. All listeners of legal age to the VIBRA BOGOTÁ 104.9 FM station in the city of Bogotá will be invited to update their data and/or register in the COMMUNITY VIBE, community.. People who update their data and/or register for the COMMUNITY VIBE, they will be able to participate in one (1) Facebook Live that will take place on the twenty-second (22) of October 2021. During the broadcast, the participants will choose the winner. Each of the participants in the Facebook Live will have a number assigned by the organization of the contest. The host of the Facebook Live, during the live broadcast, will ask the participants to say a number between one (1) and the total number of participants, previously informing which of the numbers indicated by the participants will be the winner. For greater clarity in the concept, the following example is established: the host of the Facebook Live says that the FIFTH NUMBER that the participants say will be awarded; the first participant says the number 45, and this is eliminated and is not the winner; the second participant says the number 89 and this is also eliminated and is not the winner; the third participant says the number 325 and this is eliminated and is not the winner; the fourth participant says the number 100 and this is eliminated and is not the winner; the fifth participant says the 197 that will be the first winner. The other three prizes will be awarded in the same way. The prize for each of the four winners of the promotional contest will be a circle for 6 people, to enjoy the event entitled “VIBRA ´PICNIC OFFSET” which will take place on Saturday, October 23 at Picnic Briceño 18, located on the Briceño 18 Golf Course, located at kilometer 19 on the road to Sopó. When the prize is awarded, each winner will be asked for their personal data and that of the five (5) companions of him. What each winner and their companions consume during the event will be at their own expense. The award ceremony may be recorded on video for promotional use.
- PARTICIPANTS: They will be able to participate in the draw:
- All listeners of VIBRA BOGOTA 104.9 FM, who update their data and/or register in the COMMUNITY VIBEand that meet the requirements of this number.
- Applies only to adults residing in Colombian territory.
- To claim the prize, the winner must present the document that identifies him.
- The prize for the promotional contest entitled “VIBRA ´PICNIC OFFSET” consists of four circles for 6 people each, to enjoy the event entitled “VIBRA ´PICNIC OFFSET” which will take place on Saturday, October 23 at the Briceño 18 Picnic, at the Briceño 18 Golf Course, located at kilometer 19 on the road to Sopó.
- The contest does not apply to RADIOPOLIS employees, or relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity.
- By registering, the registered party grants the Broadcaster and/or Radio Mercurio, SA the right to commercial use of the images for promotion, dissemination, communication by audiovisual and written means, and in any case, guarantees that he will hold RADIOPOLIS harmless. Regarding any claim by third parties who claim to have any right over the photographic material, image, videos that are uploaded on the indicated page.
- The participant participates with the first registration for all the selections of the contest.
- HOW TO COMPETE: To participate, listeners of legal age and Colombian citizens must: (a) register in the VIBRA COMMUNITY and/or update their data (b) Participate in the Facebook Live, which will take place on the twenty-second (22) day of October 2021 .
- NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Prize winners will be notified live on air. At the time of receiving the telephone call and by email, you will be summoned to receive your prize, on the date, time and place indicated by the broadcaster. If, despite VIBRA BOGOTA’s reasonable efforts, the Prize Winner cannot be contacted within one day of live notification, the Winner will forfeit their prize. If the Winner is not eligible because he does not meet the requirements to be a contestant, or does not provide the real data as indicated in paragraph (b) of the previous point (HOW TO COMPETE), the Winner may be disqualified. The Winners will receive their Prize once VIBRA BOGOTA verifies that the Winner sent all the required information, and that they complied with the contest regulations. The award ceremony will take place at Calle 56 # 37 – 34, Barrio Nicolás de Federmán in the city of Bogotá DC VIBRA BOGOTA on the date indicated by the broadcaster.
- VALIDITY: Since On October thirteenth (13), 2021 and until October twenty-second (22), 2021, participants may register. The winner will be announced on the twenty-second (22) of October 2021 during the Facebook Live broadcast.
In any case, the prizes will be delivered on the dates indicated by the broadcaster.
- WAIVER OF PRIZE: VIBRA BOGOTA will not be responsible if the Winner is unable to receive their Prize for other reasons or events of force majeure or if they waive the right to accept it, or if they do not appear in the terms indicated in these regulations or in the notification, losing in all these cases all rights you may have in relation to your Prize.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By the mere fact of participating, the participants accept the Contest Rules, and their participation in the same will imply that they have knowledge, accept and submit to these terms and conditions. All the promotional and publicity pieces of the promotional contest object of the present regulation will include the relevant information for the effect, as well as the dates and places in which the information related to it can be consulted. In the same way, by registering for the contest, the participants accept that their data be included in the databases and/or communities of the station, as well as of the company RADIO MERCURIO SA, of RADIÓPOLIS and of all its related companies.
7. RESPONSIBILITY: The participants agree that VIBRA BOGOTA, RADIOPOLIS, the sponsors, the Contest Entities, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and their directors, shareholders, agents, jury, employees and/or representatives will not be responsible for the losses, damages and/or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of the Prize and/or participation in the contest or from any technical malfunctions, online computer systems, computerized date mechanisms, computer equipment, software, and/or any other combination of the same, in connection with, or resulting from, any part in connection with this contest.
The participants grant RADIO MERCURIO SA, the RADIOPOLIS network and the VIBRA BOGOTA radio station a license to use the videos and photographs taken at the award ceremony. Likewise, the participants declare that by appearing in the photographs of the awards ceremony, and by authorizing their use by VIBRA BOGOTA, they are not violating the rights of third parties.
