Ingredients of the dough (puff pastry)
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

- 500g flour

- 2 eggs
- 250g butter

- 4 mashed bananas (banana puree)
- 2 apples cut into squares
- 10 strawberries, diced
- 4 tablespoons of ground nuts
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon

Preparation of the dough for the tartlets
Step 1: Freeze the butter
Put the butter in the freezer until cold.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients
In a bowl, mix: the eggs, the sugar, the lemon zest, the vanilla and beat them very well.
Step 3: Add the other ingredients
In another container add the flour, the egg mixture, the sugar, the lemon zest, the vanilla and proceed to incorporate the butter that was in the freezer. Do not stir.
Step 4: Combine all the ingredients
Join all the ingredients that are in the container with a spatula in the form of taps (do not stir or beat).
Step 5: Scoop out the dough
Take the dough out of the container and leave it on a flat surface, continue joining the ingredients with the spatula.
Step 6: Refrigerate the dough
Make a ball with the dough, cover it with vinyl (film) and take it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
