Subtle energy: energy that we cannot measure, but we know exists

Everything in the universe is based on energy. Our body, the planets, sound, light, our voice, etc. Everything is characterized as “vibrating information”. That is why there is a connection between all the elements of existence. However, we cannot see all the energy that exists. For example, we can see the energy in a moving river, but not the energy of thought, at least we cannot see it with our five senses.

This is known as subtle energy and its frequency is so low or so high that it cannot be perceived so easily by humans, but we do know that it exists because it produces an effect (especially in physical energies). Read on for subtle energy details.

In the beginning, subtle energy was understood in a better way than it is today. Before, science did not struggle to define precisely in terms of space and time everything that happened around it. That is why the most holistic and even mystical philosophy took place as scientific thought. For example, microorganisms that could make people sick were supposed to be present, even though they couldn’t be seen under a microscope. It was with the passage of time that subtle energy became a more complicated concept to understand.

Subtle energy is in charge of sustaining physical energy. For example, Dr. Barbara Ann Brennan believes that subtle energy configures the matrix for cell development and therefore exists before cells. This type of energy is not limited to a particular physical form, but can adapt and move between all bodies, even simultaneously.

The physical plane has a dual nature. It is through the opposite concepts that we understand the world in the traditional way in the West. Subtle energy can be adapted to this way of perceiving life. The two subtle energy polarities are known as yin and yang, with yin representing feminine qualities and yang representing masculine qualities. In the balance of both there is healthy. In addition, in the subtle energy the energy called chi, which is unified, also travels.

There are many other forms of energy, but this was a brief look at subtle energy. We will continue to investigate and create more texts about it. Stay tuned!
