Meditation ritual to release and close cycles

To perform this ritual you will need the following:

– A cushion or a yoga mat.

– A cloth or blanket to place your objects.

– Candles, matches, sage, incense or Palo Santo.

– Crystals, rocks, stones or totems.

– Photos or memories that relate to the situation you would like to clean and release.

To perform the ritual, The first thing you need is to take a bath (preferably with salt water); then go outdoors. It can be in an open space if possible or in your own house, in the patio, on the roof, on a balcony or terrace.
