They reveal secrets of Marilyn Monroe to take care of your skin

Recently, the New York Makeup Museum shared through its networks a copy of the skin care routine prescribed for her by the Erno Laszlo Cosmetic Institute, which still operates in New York.

This actress had combination skin type (meaning some dry areas and some oily).

In the morning:

Wash face and neck in warm water with active phenyl soap as follows: fill the sink with warm water, moisten the face and neck, and rub the soap into a lather. Make a separate lather in your hands and rub well into skin.

Rinse well with the same soapy water and dry with a towel, gently patting, without rubbing. Apply a normalizing toner with a large piece of saturated cotton, except around the eyes. Dry with tissues immediately.

Apply feliton under the eyes only in small dots, gently spreading it over the surface. Dry with tissues. Apply two-phase face powder broadly to entire face and neck. After a minute, brush off the excess powder with a large piece of cotton.”

for formal occasions

After removing the normalizer, apply feliton to the entire face, also under the eyes, on the neck and décolletage. Dry with tissues. Apply dual phase face powder.

At night before bed

Apply active phenyl oil to the entire face, lips, and neck with a large piece of cotton. Immediately wash oily face and neck according to morning instructions.

After drying, apply active fetil cream to the entire face, lips, neck and décolletage. Wash off the cream immediately with a large cotton ball saturated to the point of dripping with a well-shaken control lotion, except around the eyes and lips, where the cream should be blotted with tissues.

Pat your face and neck dry with a towel. Reapply over nose and chin with another large fully saturated cotton ball, cover well and let dry overnight.

Active Phenyl Soap, Feliton, Active Phenyl Oil, and Active Phenyl Cream appear to be products manufactured and marketed by the same institute that prescribes them.

not eat

The recommendations do not include what to eat to have radiant and healthy skin, but it does prohibit all kinds of nuts, chocolate, olives, oysters or clams.
