Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs diced
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup of cooked peas
  • A cup of carrot cooked in cubes
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1. Cook

To start, cook the potatoes cut into small squares of a not very large size in water with salt, until they are soft. Once they are at that point, strain them and let them cool.

Step 2. Fry

Now, fry the bacon strips in a pan over medium heat. You must leave them golden brown on both sides. Once they are this crispy, remove them from the heat and put them to dry on kitchen paper; finally chop them into small pieces.

Step 3. Mix

In a large bowl, start adding all the ingredients: chopped potatoes, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced bacon, carrot and peas, mayonnaise, and add the onion and garlic powder, plus salt and pepper to taste. Stir well so that all the ingredients are perfectly mixed and reserve the bowl covered with aluminum or transparent foil and refrigerate it for an hour or so before serving.
