Ingredients
- 160g of spaghetti
- 100 g of tuna
- 8 units of cherry tomatoes cut in halves
- 2 garlic cloves diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1. Boil the water
In a pot, bring plenty of water to a boil.
Step 2. Brown the garlic
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped garlic and let it brown.
Step 3. Sauté the tomatoes
Add the sliced cherry tomatoes and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Step 4. Crush the tomatoes
With a wooden spoon, mash the cherry tomatoes.
Step 5. Add water
Gradually add the hot water from point one to form a sauce. Make sure the cherry tomatoes are not destroyed.
Step 6. Add the tuna
Add the tuna to the pan with the tomatoes and sauté about 3 more minutes.
Step 7. Cook the pasta
Once the water you put in point 1 is boiling, put a little salt to taste and add to cook the pasta. Always respect the cooking time indicated on the package.
Step 8. Sauté the pasta
Once the cooking time has passed, remove the pasta and put it in the pan. Add a little more of the pasta cooking water and let it sauté for a few more minutes.
Step 9. Serve
Finish by adding plenty of parsley, mix and serve.
