Ingredients
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste or (3 to 4 cloves of crushed garlic)
- 1 big onion
- 1/2 jar of olives
- 1 pound of octopus
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1: Cook (cook) the octopus
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. When the water boils, add the octopus to the pot for 15 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, remove the pot from the heat and let the octopus rest in the water for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cut the bell peppers
Wash the peppers very well and proceed to cut them into small squares or julienne strips.
Step 3: Cut the onion and tomato
Wash the onion and tomato very well. Proceed to cut the onion into julienne strips and the tomato into squares.
Step 4: Cut the olives
Cut the olives into small pieces.
Step 5: Cut the octopus
Cut the octopus into medium pieces.
Step 6: Stir
Add the peppers, onion, tomato, olives, octopus, vinegar and lemon juice to a salad bowl. Proceed to stir all the ingredients very well.
