Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans (refried)
- Shelled cob natural (previously cooked) or jar
- 1 cup grated double cream cheese
- liquid cheddar cheese
- A jar of sour cream
- Diced chicken breast
- Salt
- Pepper
- coriander sprigs
- 1 big onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno
- Nacho packets (you get them at the supermarket)

Preparation
Step 1. Seal
In a pan, add a splash of oil and let it heat. Then put the chicken pieces to fry and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let them cook until they turn golden.
Step 2. Prepare
You may know how pico de gallo is prepared, but if you don’t, you just have to finely dice the tomato and onion, as well as the cilantro and jalapeño, all in a bowl. Mix it and reserve.
Step 3. Prepare the cheeses
Grate the double cream cheese and if you wish, put the cheddar cheese to heat for two minutes in the microwave oven so that it bathes your nachos better.
Step 4. Serve
Add the nachos in a large container and start adding all the ingredients on top, forming layers. You can start with the beans, continuing with the corn (which must already be previously cooked in a pan with butter or you can also use the canned ones), the chicken, the sour cream, the cheddar cheese and finally with the pico de gallo. .
