MECHANICS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST LA POLLA CANDELA, ORGANIZED BY CANDELA ESTÉREO 101.9 FM DE BOGOTÁ
ORGANIZER – This contest is organized by the broadcaster CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM BOGOTÁ, will be valid only for the city of Bogotá and/or surrounding municipalities, from October 6 (6), 2021 and until October 7 (7), 2021, at 5:59 pm; will be broadcast on the station CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM BOGOTÁ or by any means that the organizer has and will be governed by these bases and conditions:
COMPETITION DESCRIPTION: The promotional contest entitled “THE CANDELA COCK” It consists of rewarding one (1) listener, in a delivery. All listeners of legal age of the station will be invited CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM from the city of Bogotá to participate in the contest. Listeners must register by calling the line 5941019 to give their marker and register their data. Only one bookmark per phone number or per family will be registered. The participant must indicate the result of the match Uruguay vs. Colombia that will take place on October 7, 2021, at 6:00 pm. On Friday, September 8, 2021, the people who got the score right and who signed up on line 5941019 must listen to the radio station’s program «William Vinasco Show». - Applies only to adults residing in Colombian territory.
- To claim the prize, they must present the identity document.
- The prize for the contest “THE CANDELA COCK” consists of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS CURRENT CURRENCY ($500,000.00), in cash, for the winner.
- The contest does not apply to RADIOPOLIS employees, or relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity.
- By participating in the contest, the participants grant the Broadcaster and/or PRODUCCIONES WILLVIN, SA the right to commercial use of the images for promotion, dissemination, communication by audiovisual and written means, and in any case, they guarantee that they will maintain harmless RADIOPOLIS regarding any claim by third parties who claim to have any right over the photographic material, image, videos that are uploaded on the indicated page.
- The winner of one of the selections will not be able to participate in the other selections.
- HOW TO COMPETE: To participate, listeners of legal age must listen to the station CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FMenroll in the line 5941019, to give your bookmark and register your data to participate in the contest. Be aware of the program of the station «William Vinasco Show».
- NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: The winners of the Awards will be notified live on the air, at the time of receiving the telephone call or by email, they will be summoned to receive their prize, on the date, time and place indicated by the broadcaster. If, despite reasonable efforts by CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM Prize Winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days of live notification, Winner will forfeit their prize. If the Winner is not eligible because they do not meet the requirements to be a contestant, the Winner may be disqualified. The award ceremony will be held at Calle 56 # 37 – 34, Barrio Nicolás de Federmán in the city of Bogotá DC CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM on the date indicated by the issuer and may not exceed October 15, 2021.
- VALIDITY: Since on October 6 (6), 2021 and until October 7 (7), 2021, at 5:59 p.m. In any case, the prizes will be delivered on the dates indicated by the broadcaster, which may not exceed October 15, 2021.
- WAIVER OF PRIZE: CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM will not be responsible if the Winner cannot receive his Prize for different reasons or events of force majeure or if he waives the right to accept it, or if he does not appear in the terms indicated in these regulations or in the notification, losing in all these cases all any rights you may have in connection with your Prize.

- RESPONSIBILITY: Participants agree that CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM, RADIOPOLIS, the sponsors, the Contest Entities, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and their directors, shareholders, agents, jury, employees and/or representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or harm of any kind resulting from the acceptance of the Prize and/or participation in the contest or any technical malfunction, online computer systems, computerized date mechanisms, computer equipment, software, and/or any other combination thereof, in connection with, or resulting from, any party in connection with this contest. In addition, the participants agree that the responsibility of CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FMRADIÓPOLIS, in relation to the prize will cease at the time of delivery thereof.
The participants grant PRODUCCIONES WILLVIN SA, the RADIOPOLIS network and the radio station CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FM a license to use the videos and photographs taken at the award ceremony. Likewise, the participants declare that, by appearing in the photographs of the awards ceremony and by authorizing the use by CANDELA STEREO 101.9 FMthey are not violating the rights of third parties.
