Meaning of some pains in your body

Have you noticed that sometimes you begin to experience discomfort in your body for no apparent reason? Well, if there are reasons, it’s just that we DON’T think about them and we always end up excusing ourselves with health problems.

Our body is wise and knows when to send us signals if there is an internal problem that we have not been able to solve. Do you know that the problem that you most resist tackling ends up becoming somatized in your body? The body screams when your mouth is silent, when your mind shuts down so as not to look at the face of what you fear the most.

The more you continue to ignore it, the body will continue to show other types of signals that tell you that there is something inside you that needs to be healed. The pain will change, but its origin is the same.

Anne (fictional character) She is a woman who, since she began her first relationship, has always reconnected with each other, in order to avoid being alone.

From his third relationship he began to show symptoms of anxiety. These began with a lump in her throat, but later she began to have problems with eczema and even dermatitis.

These problems arose suddenly and without a trigger that Ana could identify. She thought that maybe it was family inheritance or that stress at work had these kinds of consequences.

However, none of this was causing the symptoms.

The fact that these changed confused Ana and it wasn’t until she found herself in a relationship that really encouraged her to be alone that she began to delve into herself.

It was at that moment that she realized that her body was manifesting the problem of emotional dependency that she had and that she did not seem to see.

When you feel constant pain, fear of losing and live with suffering, our body will alert us to change our way of proceeding.

Each part of the body will have a lot to say

Depending on where the pain is somatized, it will be alerting us to one thing or another. The important thing is that you know that the answer to that pain is within you. You just have to listen to your body, observe your life and draw the appropriate conclusions.

However, if you are very lost and want a little guide, here are some manifestations in the body that may reflect the problem you have:

Sore throat: There are things you have to say, but you hold back.

Flu: There is something in your life that you dislike and thus you release the fatigue before that problem.

Ankle pain: It represents the resistances you have in your life.

Stomach upset: Difficulty living and digesting situations.

Back problems: Lack of support or carrying things that do not belong to you.

Thigh pain: You worry about what others expect of you.

Migraines or headaches: They appear when doubts subdue you.

High blood pressure: Fear is cornering you.

These are just a few examples of what the different somatizations that are shown in our body may be trying to tell us.

watch your mind

The mind is powerful and we tend to neglect it a lot and, as we have seen, this can have serious consequences for our health.

A flu can be just that, but it may also be communicating something that is happening inside us and that we need to heal.

It is in the mind where the worst storms are generated, where ruminant thoughts do their best work: provoke anxiety, disconnect us from the present and make us suffer a lot.

If we take care of our mind and keep it healthy, our body will stop somatizing everything that we are not able to let go of and overcome.

Release

We tend to pay too much attention to our bodies, and yet we are quite reluctant to seek help when we are unable to calm our minds.

Only in this way will we stop somatizing problems caused by thoughts and worries that do not leave us alone.

Sometimes we do not have the necessary tools to put order in that maelstrom of thoughts and beliefs that cause us so many difficulties in various areas of our lives.

It is time not to sacrifice our well-being and to ask for help if we need it. Having a healthy mind is very important to be happy.
