Ingredients

  • 300 grams of powdered milk
  • 300 grams of powdered sugar
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • edible aniline

Preparation

Step 1. Mix

In a bowl, mix the powdered milk and powdered sugar. With the help of a spoon, stir well so that both ingredients are perfectly integrated. Later, pour the condensed milk into this mixture and stir everything again. You should be left with some sort of paste.

Step 2. Knead

Now, put the dough on a table and start kneading it evenly (as if it were bread). To know if the dough is at the perfect point, check that it has a smooth texture, that it is neither so soft that it sticks to your hands, nor so hard that it disintegrates, that is, that it can be easily molded.

Step 3. Form

It’s time to make figures! Take a piece of the dough and add a little of the aniline. Start kneading so that the marzipan obtains the color that you applied to it. Make the figure you want (a pumpkin, a carrot) and allow it to dry so that it is hard and the figure does not fall apart. Ready, it will be time for you to have fun and share the result of your marzipan with whoever you want.
