Not succeeding in the world of acting, the young woman decided several years ago to venture into the world of typical Colombian cuisine. At first she started selling cocadas in Bogotá, but later she renewed her microbusiness and began to include typical coastal breakfasts on the menu. Her business promoted it on her Instagram account and was known as ‘Sabor palenque’.
However, with the arrival of the pandemic, the street restaurant suffered the consequences that many Colombians have also had to face with their businesses. The street stall that was almost always located near a university in the capital suffered a sharp drop. That is why María Angélica decided to reinvent herself and taking advantage of her social networks, she also began selling turbans in Bogotá and Barranquilla.
