How to make mango cheesecake?

Ingredients

- 250 g biscuits to crush (digestive or dry style)
- 60g butter, melted
For the cream:
- 250g yogurt
- 250 g Philadelphia-style cheese (cheese spread)
- 140g icing sugar (powdered)
- 5g vanilla
For the sauce:
- 250 g of mango cut into pieces
- Two spoons of sugar
Preparation
Step 1. Crush the cookies
In medium bowl, crush cookies with hands until grainy.
Step 2. Integrate the butter
Mix the butter with the crushed cookies with the help of a spoon, until the two ingredients are integrated.
Step 3. Put the base of the cheesecake
In a cooling mold, flatten the buttered biscuit mixture very well against the bottom with the help of the spoon, so that it is uniform and serves as the base of the cheesecake. Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Step 4. Beat the cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla
In a large bowl, combine the cheese spread, yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Then beat them with the help of an electric or manual mixer until you get a smooth and firm mixture.
Step 5. Put the cream on the base
Pour the cream that you just whipped over the base that you cooled and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 6. Caramelize the mango
Put the cut mango, the two tablespoons of sugar in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mango caramelizes and you can use it as a sauce.
Step 7. Assemble the cheesecake
