My recipes are all easy to make and all you need is a skillet, a tablespoon, and a drinking glass (for measuring).

1. Scrambled Eggs with Tuna and Spinach
Fast food for dogs!
Working time: 10 minutes
Calories: 140 calories

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 can of tuna in its own juice
- 1 jar of frozen fresh spinach, alternatively 2 jars
- 1 dash of rapeseed oil
The preparation is very easy:
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Add the spinach, let it simmer gently for a few minutes, don’t forget to stir
- Add the eggs and tuna, mix and allow to set
- Important: let it cool down
- Serve
2. Rice stir-fry with minced meat and vegetables
I love one pot dishes. The work and cleaning effort is low. In addition, this dish provides your dog with calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus.
Working time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli
- ½ kg minced meat
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2.5 cups of water
- rapeseed oil
The preparation takes place in a pot:
- Cut the broccoli into small pieces, boil in unsalted water until soft or cook in a colander
- Set the cooked broccoli aside
- Heat rapeseed oil, fry minced meat (do not season)
- Add the washed rice and sauté briefly
- Add 2.5 cups of water, cook the rice until done
- Mix in the broccoli

3. Stomach-friendly turkey goulash with potatoes and vegetables
Goulash is always delicious and a good idea. Thanks to the potatoes, this recipe is very easy on the stomach and yet filling. Furthermore, in this recipe, all the required minerals are already covered by the ingredients!
Working time: 30-40 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ kg turkey
- 3 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- rapeseed oil
- 3-4 cups of water
Preparation:
- Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces
- Dice the turkey meat
- Heat the rapeseed oil, add the turkey and fry
- add vegetables
- Fill up with water
- Let everything simmer on a low flame for 25 minutes

My tip: use boiling water!
It doesn’t matter whether vegetables or meat were cooked in the cooking water: I use this water for the recipe every time. That’s why I don’t cook the vegetables separately.
