Longing? Remember all the Surprise chocolate collections

(Nestle/Disclosure)

Anyone who was a child during the 80s and 90s must remember embossed chocolate and, especially, collectible cards, usually about animals. Each year, the theme changed – the first, from 1983, brought “Animals from All over the World”. The back had technical details, such as the popular name of the creature, family, scientific name, habitat, eating habits, reproduction and particularities.

According to the manufacturer Nestlé, all cards were produced in equal numbers (that is, there was no rarer one). And to get an album to stick them in, all you had to do was mail packages to Nestlé.

The product was a success and manufactured for 20 years! Its last season was in 2003, with the theme “Mix Cartoon”, about famous Cartoon Network cartoons. But he’s back this year, with a Surprise Easter Egg – it comes with an album and ten collectible cards.
