The return of the Law –after eight years of absence– will be a reality soon, when the Chilean band is part of the Vina del Mar Festivalon Wednesday, February 26, in what will be their first live performance since the announcement of their meeting, in October 2013.
In addition to giving concerts throughout Latin America and being part of an overwhelming wave of festivals, the group will launch their first album in more than a decade, whose first single is titled Forget.
This is the song:
A small sample of Forget was released this afternoon on the label’s website Warner Music of Mexico. With the excerpt it is concluded that it is another infallible ballad of the group, one of those that have the potential to take over all the radio stations in Spanish-speaking countries.
The group broke up in 2005, after great differences between its members, and resumed work in 2013, made up of singer Beto Cuevas, drummer Mauricio Clavería, guitarist Pedro Frugone and an unprecedented surprise: Zeta Bosio (ex Soda Stereo) on the bass
«I never felt that I lost the band, what I wanted was to get out of La Ley»Cuevas recalled in an interview with the Mexican media Pulse.
“It made no more sense to continue: we had no passion, no enthusiasm, we didn’t even speak to each other anymore. When the shows were over, we didn’t even have a beer together; each one went to his room, nobody could stand each other ”added the singer.
