“The Cosmos vibrates. The Cosmos will clear the way.». This fifth sutra for the age of Aquarius closes the keys of wisdom that the teacher Yogi Bhajan shared with us to live a full, healthy, happy and spiritual life through the changes and circumstances that we face every day.
As we have seen throughout the past installments dedicated to these sutras, there is a yogic technique that, constantly practiced, allows us to maintain an exalted spirit in the midst of day-to-day fluctuations, both mental and coming from the cycles of life. nature, social dynamics or historical and cultural events: meditate, breathe, meditate, breathe, meditate, breathe… and sing; sing loudly, sing with dedication, with devotion, with joy: the cosmos listens, because the cosmos vibrates inside you; there beats your great teacher, your true guru.
Among the various kundalini yoga meditations that Yogi Bhajan shared with us, there is one that he calls «the master key» and that corresponds to the fifth sutra, to vibrate in tune with the infinite light and creativity of the cosmos.
As we saw in the previous installment, we are vibration. We receive and are surrounded by people, things, circumstances or experiences according to that vibration. In the midst of the infinite tonalities of the universe, there is one that allows us to remain united, «in yoga» with that original vibration: the Siri Mantra or «magical mantra», the «master key» that allows us to vibrate in tune with the light. and infinite creativity of the cosmos:
Ek Ong Kaar Sat Gur Prassad Sat Gur Prassad Ek Ong Kaar
Mantra meaning
hey: One.
ong: The creative primordial sound. In the beginning, it was the Om (Aum), the sound of the universe; receptive and all-containing. When it manifests in the material world, it becomes active and creative: ong; the creator.
Kaar: The creation.
Sat: TRUE.
gurus: The technique of wisdom, the mastery that leads us from darkness to light.
prasad: Gift, grace, blessing.
“The Creator and I (his creation) are one. I know this by the grace of the true guru. I know this by the grace of the true guru: the Creator and I (his creation of him) are one ”.

3. Chant the mantra in a steady cadence: Ek Ong Kaar Sat Gur Prassad Sat Gur Prassad Ek Ong Kaar. ek ong kaar is sung from the navel point: in ek ong tuck your navel in as if it wanted to touch your spine; in KaarPull out and relax the navel. You can help yourself with this recording.

5. Meditate on 3 to 11 minutes.
6. Always close the meditative space placing your hands in prayer mudra palm to palm at the center of the chest. Chant twice “May the eternal sun shine on you, love surround you and the pure light within guide your path” and three long Sat Nam.
What it will do for you:
–Also known as Siri Mantra (“The Lord Mantra”), by chanting it and meditating on its vibration and meaning, it transforms any negative energy into positive and removes obstacles.
– Provides clarity and intuition.
–It takes you beyond duality and establishes you in the flow of the spirit.
–Expand the power and vibration of your words. For this reason, Yogi Bhajan recommends that after meditating on it, you take very good care of what you say and how you say it: the entire universe and its energy follow the vibration of this mantra.
– “Practice it at any time, in any place and in any situation. Open the third eye. It opens it for you to go through any path. It is a trick, a gadget; a kind of master key that can open everything” (Yogi Bhajan).
That through the practice of this meditation you can tune into your most pristine vibration: the vibration of the cosmos. So that you can achieve yoga (the union of your finite being with your infinite being) on every path you take, remembering with every breath that you are a fundamental note in the score of the universe. May you vibrate high in your thoughts, words and actions, may you make your life a symphony, honor yourself as the instrument through which Creation constantly composes its Great Work, and may you sing, meditate, breathe and sing again loudly, with reverence, grace and happiness, holding you up as what you are: vibrant light of life. Sat Nam.
