In the 1970s, Víctor Delfín took a Tudor -style house that remained on a land on the cliff of the Barranco neighborhood. In the last fifteen years, the same artist has taken care of the design of each expansion of his home, accompanied at different stages by Peruvian architects Alfredo Rodríguez and Diego Robles. «I fell in love at first glance of his style, light, proximity to the sea and intermediate garden,» admitted the painter, recorder and sculptor, who has received the first prize of the Popular Art Biennial of Lima and who became president of the National Culture Commission, among other recognitions.
