The seven chakras that are located along the spine are the main energy centers that regulate the functioning of your spiritual being. On some occasions, the flow of energy between them can be blocked or negatively affected.
When this energy flow is unbalanced or blocked, on the physical level it manifests itself through diseases, ailments, apathy, extreme tiredness and other discomforts. That is why it is necessary to know a good method to keep the chakras in balance.
Meditation is one of the ways that are often used to unblock and align the chakras. And if meditation is complemented with mantras and mudras, it becomes more effective in achieving faster recovery of the flow of spiritual energy.
Mantras are words or short phrases charged with spiritual energy, so when repeated during meditation they help channel energy to balance and unblock the chakras.
On the other hand, mudras are gestures made with the hands, which also help to channel spiritual energy to fulfill a specific function, by creating energy circuits.
