Today they are fulfilled 14 years of the murder of the Colombian journalist and humorist, Jaime Garzon. Although it is known that his death was ordered by the late paramilitary chief Charles Castano, the former deputy director of the DAS José Miguel Narváez is the only one formally linked to the case. Jaime Garzon always looked for his way to make country. In 1988 was minor mayor of Sumapazand ten years later he was part of a facilitating group that allowed the release of nine hostages from the FARC.
