bicarbonate of sodaor it is one of the most useful ingredients that we have in the kitchen to apply to our beauty routine. You can use it to improve almost every process you do in the shower. I use it at least once a month or when I feel like my hair is dull, my skin looks a bit dull, my legs aren’t “suitable for skirt” or my teeth are turning yellowish for the coffee.

1. The face
This is a tip that we had already given them a long time ago. With wet fingertips touch the baking soda so that a little powder sticks to it and use it to gently rub your face. This helps you exfoliate and remove dead cells. You don’t need anything else, you shouldn’t leave it for a long time, just carve and rinse.
2. The shampoo
I have very “mixed” hair, super oily on top and dry on the bottom. That’s why I occasionally use too many products that build up in my hair and dull the shine. To combat that, I combine a tablespoon of baking soda with the amount of shampoo I’m going to use, mix with my finger to form a paste, and use it to scrub my scalp very well. After this your hair will feel super clean, but you will need to use conditioner on the ends.
3. Armpits
With your wet fingers, take a little bicarbonate of soda and use it to exfoliate your armpits, thus removing dead cells and superficial stains from your skin. If you have very dry skin, you can take the opportunity to mix the baking soda with a little cream to moisturize while you exfoliate.
4. The legs
Add baby oil to the rest of the baking soda and use the paste that forms to scrub your legs before and after you shave. Make sure you clean the razor well after each pass (or you’ll leave all the hair behind). If you have leftover paste, exfoliate your arms, chest and back.
5. Teeth
I prefer to wash them before I get in the bath. Place the paste on the brush and touch it to the baking soda so that there is a very thin layer of powder on the paste. With this, brush from top to bottom first through your front teeth and then the molars. I do not recommend that you do this very often because there are dentists who say that you can hurt your teeth, but for emergencies it works «pearl».
