In mid-2018, the Brazilian Rodrigo Alves gained world fame after undergoing nearly 70 surgeries and more than 150 cosmetic procedures in his attempt to look like Kenthe famous fictional doll.

However, at the beginning of 2020, Alves decided to erase all traces of having been Ken on social networks, to reveal that She had always felt «like Barbie», so she would start her transformation.
Through social networks, «Ken» at that time stated:
“I have no doubt that I am a woman. I still have more plastic surgeries to do. I will have breast enlargement, voice surgery, so I have a more feminine voice and in a year I will have my gender reassignment surgery…“
Today, several months and surgeries later, there is not much left of Ken, because Rodrigo, who now calls himself ‘Jessica Alves’ she wears a totally different figure and appearance. Now it looks like ‘Human Barbie’!
But Jessica not only changed her identity, she also changed her sexual orientation. She, well, she was recently seen in Milan with whom she would be her new boyfriend, Italian surgeon Giacomo Urtis.
