If the stains are caused by cigarettes, you should:
- Give up smoking.
- If it is not possible, arm yourself with patience and do these 3 procedures with a distance of a week between them.
- The first week dip your nails in lemon juice.
- After 8 days take a cotton ball, soak it in hydrogen peroxide and pass it through your nails from top to bottom repeatedly.
- Finally, soak your nails in white vinegar for 5 minutes.
